Will you win a free stand in 2012?

Participants that actively recruit to bring visitors to their stands realize a better return on taking part in the Horti Fair. The Horti Fair has therefore decided to support participants as much as possible in reaching their customers and will reward the most successful exhibitors for their work.

The participant company that succeeds in tempting most visitors to come to the Horti Fair wins the Marketing Cup. The accompanying prize is the stand surface area used in 2011 for free in 2012!

Rules

Large and small exhibitors have equal chances of winning the cup. The number of visitors that actually came to the show due to your efforts will be divided by your stand area.

 

The participant with most visitors per square metre of stand area wins the Marketing Cup. The companies that end in second or third place receive training from Beurstotaaltraining that is intended to help them become winners in 2012.

 

Method

Every visitor who wants to attend the Horti Fair has to register in advance via visitor registration. Each participant company receives a unique registration link in order to make registration as easy as possible for the visitor and to be able to monitor which exhibitor wins the Marketing Cup. This link can be used in e-mails for example, and on websites.
