When is the Horti Fair being held in 2013?
We can state provisionally that the Horti Fair 2013 will probably be held in the Amsterdam RAI in week 45, from Tuesday 5 to Friday 8 November 2013 inclusive. If you have any further questions, please contact the International Horti Fair via info@hortifair.nl or at 0297 – 344033

What are the opening times?
Every day from 10.00 to 18.00 hours

What are the construction and dismantling times? Friday 26 October (phased construction!) from 07.00 to 22.00 hours; Saturday 29 October from 08.00 to 18.00 hours; Sunday 28 October from 08.00 to 18.00 hours;
Monday 29 October from 07.00 to 17.00 hours

Removal of goods and dismantling of the stands:
Halls 8 to 11 inclusive and the walkway: as from 19.30 hours on Friday 2 November until 24.00 hours on Saturday 3 November.

How can I register as a visitor?
It is not necessary to register in advance. As a professional, you can download entrance tickets from the site at www.hortifair.nl or obtain them via participants

What does a ticket cost?
Tickets/invitations for the Horti Fair are free for trade visitors this year.
They are issued by participants at the exhibition, so feel free to inquire.

May I bring my child to the Horti Fair?
The Horti Fair is a trade fair and so all visitors (including children) must have a valid admission ticket to visit the fair. There are no special rates for children.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed during the Horti Fair

As a visitor, how do I obtain an invitation/visa letter?

The Horti Fair only prepares these letters for exhibitors. As a trade visitor, you can register free of charge by using the registration button that will be on the site as from May.

As a visitor, how do I obtain a parking ticket?
 RAIPARKING, located directly on the exit road from the A-10 (exit S-109), is the main parking facility during the Horti Fair in the Amsterdam RAI. Satellite car parks are also being used to make it possible to cope with the huge flow of cars. You can see how the logistics are organized during the Horti Fair event on the RAI parking page.

Preferred parking is not possible in 2012.

Tip: use public transport or the Horti Fair shuttles from the horticultural regions.

Is it possible to rent a safe during the Horti Fair?
The Amsterdam RAI does have cloakroom facilities, but no safes are available for rent.

Where can I download a floorplan?
Complete floorplans of the Horti Fair will be available as from the first day of the exhibition, separately, inside the official exhibition catalogue and every day in the Horti Fair Daily News.

In addition, trade publications will be distributing floorplans ahead of the trade show

How do I obtain a catalogue?
The catalogue is available in the Amsterdam RAI as from the 1st day of the exhibition.

Smoking policy
The Amsterdam RAI is smoke-free. The smoking ban applies in all RAI buildings, including catering locations and covered car parks. Smoking is also no longer permitted during building and dismantling! A number of smoking zones have been created outside for smokers, just off the route to the entrances to the building.
